This W126 1991 Mercedes Benz 420SE has a great history to it. We found it here in Sydney from someone who’s Uncle owned the car in Sydney for many years. These beautiful cars are becoming very difficult to source and fast becoming a highly sought after classic. This particular example finished in Pearl Grey Metallic would be a fitting piece to any enthusiasts collection. Even the rear parcel shelf and original first aid kit aren’t faded which is rare to see. With such low mileage this 420SE drives superbly. The coil sprung grey leather seats are a delight to sit in and the burled walnut shines with all the lustre that it did when this car left the showroom in 1991. The W126 is heralded as the last true nut, bolt and wrench Mercedes and when looking for one, the update models are the ones to seek. The 420 was worlds above it’s 380 predecessor and these last of the line models even came with a driver airbag. From the original Becker stereo this example represents a wonderful opportunity to secure an increasingly rare appreciating classic.
